Founded in 1962, this NAAC-accredited institution has steadfastly stood as a beacon of academic excellence and comprehensive development. Over the decades, we have diligently evolved, nurturing generations of scholars to realize their fullest potential. Since my appointment as Principal in 2009, I have been unwavering in my commitment to uncovering and amplifying the inherent strengths of this esteemed college, guiding it toward even greater heights. I firmly believe that while a clear vision sets our goals, a strong mission ensures purposeful growth and progress.

The unprecedented challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic significantly reshaped the educational landscape. As the world grappled with uncertainty, we swiftly transitioned to online learning, a testament to the resilience and adaptability of both our faculty and students, ensuring the continuity of education despite the adversities. However, the return to in-person classes revealed new challenges, notably reduced attendance and a palpable decline in the sense of community that is so vital to the student experience. These disruptions have highlighted the irreplaceable value of a dynamic campus life, which is integral not only to academic learning but also to the holistic development of our students.

Campus life is far more than a mere extension of academics; it is the crucible in which students discover their passions, forge enduring friendships, and cultivate indispensable life skills. It is the very heartbeat of an institution, fostering an environment for intellectual exchange, cultural expression, and personal growth. To this end, we are actively revitalizing our campus environment, ensuring it remains a nurturing and engaging space.Through a variety of extracurricular endeavors—spanning sports, cultural events, and community engagement initiatives—we strive to nurture creativity, leadership, and a profound sense of belonging among our students.
